Workflow for NanoPak-C All Carbon SPE of Trace Organochlorine Pesticides from Small Volume Complex Biological Samples

Millennial Scientific’s NanoPak-C All Carbon solid-phase extraction (SPE) columns and cartridges are designed to meet challenges involving extraction of trace levels of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) from small volume (few hundred microliters) complex biological matrices such as urine, serum, saliva.

Reverse phase media comprising of All Carbon microbeads are packed in the SPE products.

We have developed an easy, reliable and efficient process for the extraction of a group of OCPs from complex biological matrices. Here's a quick overview of the workflow :

Our All carbon SPE products have several advantages over the current state of art polymeric reverse phase HLB and C18 Silica SPE products.
